The Strategy Masterclass is an online Masterclass for emerging Designers and Strategists that provides the necessary foundations to develop skills in strategy. I have taken 25 years of industry experience as a Strategy Director, Creative Director and agency owner and packaged the fundamentals of strategy into this Masterclass.
This Masterclass lays out the foundation in video modules—each containing simple lessons—that will prepare you for diving deep into specific areas of strategy later on. If you're interested in doing more strategic work or evolving your career towards a bigger, broader discipline that solves real-world business, communication and design challenges—this is where to start.

27 years experience in strategy development roles in digital, design, communications and brand development.
I've been working in the following arenas for over 25 years: Brand strategy, Brand development, Communications strategy, Digital strategy, User interface design, User experience design, Human-centred design. I co-own a strategic design firm named Tank in Melbourne, Australia.
My career started in the early years of the internet and has zig-zagged from there to cross the fields of design, digital and brand strategy. I'm inspired by human-centred design, entrepreneurship, leadership and anything that rattles the cage and pioneers an industry.
I run a journal for emerging Designers and Strategists in an effort to help them create a purposeful career, rattle the cage and challenge the status quo. Ultimately, I'm driven to use my experience to help emerging Designers and Strategists navigate and create purposeful careers.
