The course steps you through the mindset of a strategic thinker, the difference between good and bad strategy, how to spot it and a clear framework for you to use to develop your own strategy. We'll work through the method I use and I'll talk you through each step. There are lessons, tools and templates available for you. Each module also includes recommended reading/viewing and other resources.
